    How much weight would you realistically like to lose?

    I weigh 66 kg which is probably OK for now. I've put on 5 kg lately from a time where I was too thin, so I'm mildly happy with where I'm at.

    I think that if I can get 10 lbs off whilst still hitting the weights hard then that would be perfect.

    210lbs (around 95 kgs) would put me in top condition. Obviously getting there is the hard part.

    Losing a bit of belly fat would not go amiss.
