Yet no-one cares about the poor train driver, the only one who wasnt ignoring a blatent crash waiting to happen by either
A) driving into it (well, technically he did, but he couldnt exactly stop) B) Standing right next to a railway line with an oncoming train and a truck appearing out of the corner of his eye.

He was staring down a straight track untill the truck blocked his view, would've seen the train about 5 minutes before.
Unless of course he was facing the other way. Then he'd be a bit silly for standing next to a train line and turning his back on oncoming trains. Infact, looking at the clip on 35 seconds, he was bloody standing on the track himself. Numpty |
