Sjs

I know there's been a few people around the site asking after SJS following the Mumbai terror attacks and that nothing has been heard from him for a few months. Today I got this email and I thought I'd create a new thread to let everyone know.

Quote:
Hi James

You must be wondering what in the hell happened to me. I have been very unwell after my son's wedding in end November and after a long time in bed recuperating am now up and about.

Today is my first day answering e mails and will read this later and get back to you.

Please give my regards to everyone at CW and tell them I missed you all.

Warm regards

Swaranjeet

Hopefully his sons choice of bride wasn't the cause of SJS's sickness!

Nah, in all seriousness, it's good to see SJS back up and running

Yeah, that's very nice to read. Poor guy gets these serious illnesses far more often than anyone should, glad he's up and about again.

That must have been some hangover after the wedding.

Jokes aside, I hope SJS starts posting again soon. I enjoy reading his thoughts on past players.

I'm glad it wasn't just me.

Very pleased and relieved the great man is on the mend tho. A genuine gentleman whose love for and knowledge of the game is quite infectious. CW the poorer for his absence.
