Just about to build a house in Perth and just wondering if anyone else has and what type of experiences they were.

Managed to get mine built for free - I just wrote a letter into these blokes, claiming that I'd adopted 55 Chechnyan war orphans and the design team built it in a week.

What happened to the 55 Chechnyan kids?

Not sure that they would be big on ice skating by the way.
