Yeah, I don't have any kids yet so I'm speaking from the sanctimonious position of never having had to deal with it

It does **** me how many parents I've seen ignoring their kids on the train while they play on their smartphones though. In this case the child in question seemed to have worked out the only way to get mum's attention was to scream loud enough that she couldn't ignore it. - then she'd at least get "shut up" as a response. The best behaved kids I've seen on trains have been those who are being engaged by their parents. Good parents don't get the credit they deserve in my opinion.

Don't agree with this - first hand knowledge. Some kids just play up.

Sounds like a nature vs nurture debate.

Proudly against the bring back Bennett movement since he is injury prone and won't last 5 days.

Exactly, why make it the parent's responsibility for their kids behaviour?

I realise there are cases where the kids behaviour is part of another problem, but I doubt it's anywhere near as many cases as some parents would claim it to be.

If you're a **** parent, you're a **** parent. It's why you should consider the 18 year commitment you're making before you stick your cock in something or open your legs.

And I'm not sure exactly what part of my last post you were saying you 'couldn't judge a parent like that' to!? The bit where I said the woman ignoring her kid and being totally focused on her phone was wrong, or that parent's who pay attention to their kids when it's needed generally have better behaved kids? It seems like common sense to me. I think the main problem is we can't judge anything like anything anymore...meaning nobody is responsible for anything at all.

Reminds me of this gem from Peters - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMLr5...eature=related

The one that skyrocketed his career, many years ago. But seriously, y'all need to start beating your kids.
