I quit Fitness First a month ago, gave them 1 month's notice etc, and just today I found out my membership is still active, they're still charging me money and they the guy I canceled it with didn't submit my form.

Anyone else had a similar experience?

Haha, you're serious?! The reach of Fitness First is extensive......

It's a forum and a bit vulnerable to attack. I wonder who'd want to attack them? :

By the way, I'm a member myself. I took it on the recommendation of a mate of mine who'd been to one in Sydney and said it was awesome. We both got founding memberships and have been pretty disappointed with the place, especially since it's meant to be a competitor to more prestigious gyms like Next Gen. No chance. Equipment failures, all sorts of stuff promised that never materialised, stuff that was there which has disappeared, etc.
