Still with the same people, just more responsibility for the same pay and based in Brisvegas, job getting super repetitive though and struggling to see the rewards of what is often a ****ing hard grind. Giving it one more month, if still not happy, then I'm done.
EDIT: though the perks are quite good (free tickets etc) You get first shout, Gimh can get second, I'll get the third. Then we'll abuse the whites oposition.

Haha yeah, if I ever did something a bit silly in China I'd apologise and say I was American.

Made and Ruined
Kids back at school - fantastic - primary school. But FMD, year three already! Cannot believe how quickly they've grown up <*cliche*>. Makes dad a bit sad really. Made It's their second day back, and they've had sports trials already. Miss into the Junior Tee Ball team - hit two home runs! Master on the short list for the Junior Cricket Team which is picked next week. Can't believe how excited they get about it. Mrs and kids up the coast for the weekend - ahhh, bit of space. Having the lads from cricket over tomorrow night for beers, bbq and pool shenanigans. Feeling good about what will be this year. Potentially Ruined Mrs finds out I've invited everyone over and puts kybosh on it. Got to play cricket Saturday and Sunday, so will be very messy Sunday morning. |

Indeed, is why I'm thinking get out now and re-skill in something else...never know though, there are positions in the compant I can see myself thorooughly enjoying, it's just the road to get there involves people dieing/imbezzling/quitting/getting sacked. and even then It's no guarantee the company will refill that position cuz of budgeting problems...still, least I'm employed.

Just re-read what I wrote, chooper chpelling effort that, really top stuff. And upon re-re-reading, Kirki edited my post for correct spelling, what a dreamboat
![]() In other news, Thunderstorms aplenty in Brisbane, likely brought on by the Reds returning to Ballymore IMO, the gods are happy (though wet weather somewhat diminishes the Reds backline and the Crusaders are stronger up front.) |
