    LCD Soundsystem - Someone Great

Doesn't reach the chorus until four and a half minutes in - take that, hitmakers.

    Supergrass - Sitting Up Straight

real sleeper track this. So easy for such quality to get lost when an album has such a gun first five tracks. The bass is especially awesome.

Dandy Warhols - You Were The Last High

Have the dubious distinction of being one of the worst live bands (touring international ones, at least) I've ever seen, but a couple of their songs are genuinely brilliant.

Listening to the Foo Fighters a lot atm. Never quite appreciated how good The Colour and the Shape and Nothing Left to Lose are before.

Proudly against the bring back Bennett movement since he is injury prone and won't last 5 days.
