What camera do you own?

Just got a Sony SLR A300. Cost me $900 the other day, but I justified it because I was doing it for the good of the economy

Went out and used it today, and I was impressed with some of the quality of the photos, even though there was dark storm clouds above me, and I was shooting photos of buildings 5-10km away.

I've an old Olympus Camedia series cam right now. Some 4 MP and just 3x optical zoom. Ancient. I'm planning to buy a Canon SX110IS now. 9.1 MP, 10x optical zoom.

Sony for point and shoot.. Canon for DSLR work related stuff.. There are simply only two brands in professional photography, Canon and Nikon, due to the availability, quality and cost of their lens range..

Canon and Olympus.

Got a Minolta which is older than me (From pop's collection). Treasure it.

I work with a professional photographer, and he directed me to the Sony brand (he uses it and got me a discount). He has used a Canon for much of his career though.
