Why Are They Killing Feet In Rwanda?
I just heard on the radio that between 3 and 5 million tootsies were killed in Rwanda...can someone with a background in the topic please tell me why they've killed so many feet and what happens to the rest of the person?

Look, SOC, my understanding of the topic is brief at best, but from what I understand, the majority of Rwandans are big fans of Hunters And Collectors. This, as you can imagine, has not gone down well at all with the band members of Hutu Gurus who have gone on a killing rampage.

Well, on a more serious note, given the tootsie genocide that has been undertaken how long do you think it would be before makers of those socks that look like toe gloves should consider trying to export to Rwanda?
