Futurama or Family Guy?

Was hopelessly outnumbered at school today when I said that Futurama was superior to Family Guy. Thoughts?

Futurama, just about, don't particularly rate either of them on their most recent offerings, but some of the older episodes of Futurama are gun.

Family Guy is puerile tripe.

So even if Futurama didn't happen to be awesome it would win.

Love Family Guy (early stuff, from season 4 was basically a series of clips from 80's pop culture), adore Futurama. The big break probably helped but that each of the released new movies has been brilliant shows they haven't lost their touch, for mine.

Would have said Family Guy around its 4th season, but now it's easily Futurama.

Love them both about the same, sometimes I enjoy futurama more and sometimes I love family guy more.
Will vote for Futurama just because I think the best episodes of that are slightly better than the best episodes of family guy.

Don't enjoy Futurama that much anymore, and I've been watching heaps of early Family Guy lately. Easy choice.

This.

Futurama is incredibly consistent with it's humour, and gets better with repeated viewing. The movies have been fantastic.

First few seasons of Family Guy were great, though.
