Id live in Nottingham ahead of Leics and Derby and live in both before Bradford

I include Oxford as an outside bet as it has a fantastic reputation based mainly on the University but the town itself if **** and has all sorts of problems

Never spent much time in Derby. Was in Leicester recently, pretty much the same as Nott'm

What really got me in Nottingham was that I saw a sign saying, "This pub closes at 8PM due to Police Orders"

Bolton
Sunderland
Grimsby
Toxteth (If Moss Side gets in, then so does that, occupy similar roles in their respective cities, though tbh dont think either should count, both poor parts of a large city as apposed to a seperate **** heap_
Milton Keynes
Morecambe (personal experience this, as most of my family live there)

Can't believe we've got this far without mention of Coventry. It's an absolute ****ing **** hole. Clear winner.

Middlesboro down there too.

You're right though, at this rate, I don't think there will be any places left in England for them to actually like.

Second Blackpool, retract my nomination for Moss Side as I think cpr is right (can't believe I'm saying that)

Shame the title says "England" as it means I can't nominate Wrexham
