Survey Help Request

Hello everyone...

I need to ask a huge favor!

I need some help from you all with an online survey that I'm conducting on "User Participation in Virtual Communities". This is part of my graduate studies research (it is NOT a commercial survey).

The survey is available here: http://www.vcsurvey.org

I would really really appreciate your help with this! I've been a lurker on the site for a while now and really believe that responses from the forum members here will be of great value to my research.

Completing the survey should take between 15 to 20 mins of your time.

There are some incentives that I'm offering - of course on a graduate student's budget... details are available on the main Information Page on the website noted above.

If you have any questions, please feel free to either email me on the address provided in the survey or post your query here.

Thank You All in advance for your help.

P.S. This survey is part of my Ph.D. Research... It is not for a Commercial Purpose.

1. Yes. I do take two bottles into the shower. One is shampoo. One is to fill with semen for the local sperm bank

2. I don't think that's the reason I have dandruff, but I don't think that's particularly relevant right now.

3. Yes. I bank with the Credit and Commerce Bank of Nigeria, and their interest rates are very good at 11% . I'm not too sure I agree with their overdraft policy of a broken finger for each time you go into the Red.

4. Yes, no, yes and abstain. And also stains on my trousers don't come out however hard I scrub.

5. Its those little scrubbers. Next time, I will pay more and hope to have better returns on my investments, and hopefully less STDs. Those creams cost so much these days, and the ACC refuse to cover me!

Hoping we can get some mileage out of this.

Hilarious! HDS – am I glad I’m not doing a marketing survey with you.

In any case, I wanted to thank the couple of people who’ve completed the survey and wanted to see whether anybody else have any questions about the survey or the research in general that I can answer.

Again, please consider spending 15 – 20 mins completing the survey… please - it will really really help me in my research. Thank You all in advance.

If you want people to take the survey seriously on this site you need to answer three questions.

1) Who is your favorite cricket player and why?

2) What was Donald Bradman's Test batting average?

3) Warne or Murali, who is better?

1) My credit number is *****************.
2) My password for online banking is *******************.
3) Yes - you can use my computer as part of your bot-net.

Is this the kind of thing you're after?

A VC survey? I'm not eligible - I've never been to war, let alone won a Victoria Cross.

15 to 20 minutes answering questions for no apparent reason. Who'd do a thing like that (appart from the people who's calls i'll be taking all day)
