I guess having a negative thinking.
Recently my friend read the book The Secret by Rhonda Bryne. He told me a few lines based on what he had learned after reading the book, and it spinned my head. I realised that we become what we think we are. At times I used to remain upset thinking a few things about myself, I realised that I myself wanted those to happen to me as they gave me some sort of thrill.
Since then I have started believing in positive thinking and have encouraged some of my acquaintances to follow the same.
