    Wouldn't be the least bit surprised if droid 2 and the next nexus phone both have it tbh. The only reason they're even coming out with those so soon after their first versions is to keep up with Apple. They'll also have HDMI inputs according to rumors.

    Happy to report I've now converted an iPhone user to Android and two other potential Apple victims now have Droids. The iPhone users love the freedom of these phones.

    Oh and love love love the app killer. Such an awesome app.

    Crazy idea I know, surely only decades away...
    yeah, but then you wont be able to send those cute emoticons.

    Just updated to Froyo (Android 2.2) - although the N1 was quick before, this is on another level. Lots of little additions here and there as well that make quite a difference.

    Thought it wasn't out until another couple of weeks. Hate you right now. Does it have flash?

    Haha it's not quite out officially yet, I downloaded it and updated manually. It does have Flash, sort of - you update to 2.2, then go to Android Market and download Flash 10.1 beta. It works surprisingly well, I've spent (wasted) a lot of time today playing Flash games.

    Feel free to share where you got it . Also how does using flash affect the battery usage?

    Android 2.2 Froyo manual update found, now available for select Nexus One devices -- Engadget

    Unfortunately only for the Nexus One so far, but it'll be coming to the Droid/Milestone soon enough - I reckon late Juneish. Probably a long wait after that for any other phones, I read somewhere that HTC is looking at Q4 of 2010 to push it out to the Desire, Legend etc. I didn't notice a whole lot of battery usage with Flash, but I've hardly used my phone today apart from playing Flash games. It's not like the phone has great battery life anyway, the one downside of having a smartphone I guess.

    Ah well, cheers anyway. I have an extra battery and a charger for that extra one so I should be good.

    I currently have the T-mobile G1 and "Unlimited internet" does anybody know what figure this is actually set at?
    Or..
    I'm looking to upgrade to the Nexus One and the contract I can get gives me 1gb internet usage a month, how "much" is that?

    1gb = a lot

    Basically won't go over by just browsing/emails.

    Dunno what Orange's 'unlimited' policy is, however I do know cricinfo is a **** of a site, at least 1 mb a time homepage, which is a pain as the coverage at work is a shocker (can't seem to con them into giving me net access either)
