Beginning of the end for Mad Bob?
Well the main African leaders are meeting in Harare and they are trying to nudge Mugabe to resign.. He himself has hinted several times at retirement... Could there be some light at the end of the tunnel for Zim? I am not too hopeful, but at least this is a good sign...
Ive been seeing Flower and Olonga on tv loads since their world cup protest...Maybe they are getting some valuable exposure? Meanwhile George Bush, i kid you not, came up with this beauty... "Africa is a nation that suffers from incredible disease." Turn right at Gibraltar and Africa is that massive continent it appears our world leader doesnt know anything about.... |

Mugabe will only retire if those same African leaders can guarantee he won't be prosecuted for his crimes. And history suggests they might be able to help him.
If the UN and the US don't go after Mugabe with the same fervour as they did Iraq, they're hypocrites of the highest order but then, we all knew that.
