I hate timouts, the AI takes way too many of them. If I sat down and counted them, I'm pretty sure they'd be well over the limit.
I hate the referees who take ****ing ages to give the ball up. I hate the fourth quarter in blowouts. Get subbed in or out on every dead ball, FFS. I hate Rondo.

I'm getting really pissed off with my coach playing me mainly at PF and C. I'm a 6 ft 6 SF who can't score in the post, it's obvious that I shouldn't be anywhere near the centre position. Every time I get moved there whoever I'm playing either drops 10 on me in a quarter or gets 15 assists when I keep calling doubles to save my own ass.

Can't say I've had that problem in the NBA. Worst I ever saw was being subbed in at SG and that actually worked out great for me as I scored on him like crazy and he had to foul me to stop me. On defense it was tougher but as long as I D'd up on him real good he gave up the ball. Do okay at C and of course I'm made to play PF/SF.
Its just easier playing the PF in this game IMO.

Shopping Safari - dirt cheap, got here quick but very small range Cool Gadgets - wasn't too happy with them. Ordered AC called them a while later to find out where it was and was told they didn't actually have any copies left so had to refund the money. CDWow - In HK, very cheap but be prepared to wait possibly ages, won't ever shop there again Play-Asia - Also in HK, not bad In general Aus sites aren't cheaper than stores like BigW and Target. Best just to keep an eye on ecogamer.com and ozbargain and you'll find some pretty good deals posted.

My Player finally won me over. Got through Summer League and Training Camp (seems the only way to do this is A+ whilst winning every matchup) and am now in the Pistons rotation no clone, no bugs, nada. Once you get to the NBA though. Wow, it is truly incredible. Love hearing Kevin Harlan talk about your great plays.
Getting 10-12 minutes where I just hustle the **** out of people. Getting my dunk and scoring inside and close attributes up really high so I can just keep throwig down on people. Being an athletic anything is the best tbh. The physical stats that matter cost way too much so getting them out of the way early is ace. Will work on my outside shot second season. Apparently once you get 3 point rating to 99 you unlock Reggie's stroke (anyone know?). Would play many seasons just to do this.

A mate of mine obviously being a complete ****. Going to give him my first online 2k game this week. Really hope they fixed their servers up for this. Really itching to get into the online leagues and stuff. Trying to set one up at the office as we speak.

Also, hearing strong rumours that to combat 2k's My Player mode, Live are trying to have a career mode integrated with College Hoops 11. As in play a season of college ball and then see where you land up.
Would cry tears of joy if this were to happen and buy both. |

MW2 is great fun, have it on PC. Hate matchmaking though, dedicated servers please.=(
Still a blast to play.

Yeah, have been playing Borderlands too. Grab 3 mates and good times are a coming.
Agreed Clapo, hate getting shafted by matchmaking, was put in a game with a Canadian host, lagged so hard it was criminal. |
