Depends on the screen size as well. The large ones 540 will look like utter ass.

Just a bit worried about how 2k looks on PS3. I compared the demos of last years game on both consoles and it really looked rather shoddy on the PS3. The only thing which is making me consider going 360 on this version. (ie tell me it aint like that in the final version)

540 is standard def. 720 is the minimum to be considered HD (EDIT: Or so I'm told)

On the second part, I've heard stuff saying that MS and Sony ip tracks you and can stop you dling more stuff if you circumvent the regional restrictions. The only thing that's stopped me from getting it.

EDIT:The first part the things I'm looking for is how is the court spacing (ie can you actually play inside-out effectively) and how easy/hard is it to actually guard a man (in the old game too many AI ****s would freaking glide past you too easily even if you were defending with Bowen/Artest.) And generally the pace of the game.

Nah, know plenty of people who've downloaded tons of stuff/made lots of transactions in the US Store, and nothing of the sort has happened to them. It's us Indians' only source of PSN games, demos and other stuff, because we don't have a PSN store.

The court does seem a bit cramped for room, but subtle moves and runs are possible to make. The defending is challenging, but not too tough. Again, the AI players are absolutely crap, so I couldn't test much out. Obviously, the all-stars are going to be nearly ****ing impossible to guard, but if your player's rating is high enough, you could manage.

The game does seem a bit too fast, but it's nothing a change in slider values can't fix.

Wait till you get to the jetboat sequences. Oy! So annoying. Car chase scene is really good, yes. Liked it even better than the same scene on MGS4. I'm on chapter 18 now.

Yeah, had finished those before making that post. The one where you had Elena weild a rocket-launcher type thingy (M79?) wasn't so bad, but the one in the rapids was just painful.

Think I'm on Chapter 14, or something like that.
