Finally got round to finishing ME2 last night. Managed to keep every team member alive and got Shepard through it ok as well. Great game for sure, kind of felt the end came as a bit of an anti-climax though. The final mission was pretty great and all, but it kind of felt like it came on very quickly, wasn't too difficult and I didn't really feel like any of the decisions you had to make were all that tricky. Was anticipating a few more tugs on the heart strings like being made to choose between two groups of team members or something like that. Great game though, totally trumps the original. Sticking two fingers up at the illusive man at the end by blowing the collector base up was awesome too. Will defo replay this though again sometime in the near future, maybe in the summer. Might go for the downloadable content over the next few days if I can be bothered, would mean clearing out a load of space on the hardrive though. Less than 3 weeks until FFXIII is released as well, so it's tied me over nicely...now then....time to get some Uni work done and get that life back...

Great game, really enjoyed it. Probably play through a few more times but with FF around the corner might not be able to for a while.

If I want the DLC I'll have to uninstall the game I think. Don't have the space to have both discs installed and a load of DLC, wondering how the 360 will go running from the disc...slightly concerned.

Mmm, uncertain as to what to do. With FFXIII so nearby, I don't want to suddenly have the RROD bestowed upon me or for the 360 to conk out some other way. I think if that happened I would just go out and buy a replacement unit rather than wait for the repair.

Yeah tbh it should be no problem for me either, a console that has been built so that it is incapable of playing a game developed for it would be farcical, but given the fraile nature of 360s in general I'm just a little cautious.

The internal clock is resetting itself to 31/12/1999. Any game with trophy support doesn't work, and you can't log into PSN or whatever.
I don't see how a firmware update can fix an internal clock issue - because its a standalone and runs on a ****ing battery. One theory is that the coders ****ed up on the leap year thing, so once 24 hours pass, it'll become normal again, or something. Hopefully that's what happens, or Sony is going to get so ****ed up with replacements and what not, it's not even funny. |
