    Yeah I wouldn't be bothering with the poly mode, it's more because word has it the single string mode is one of the best around. I suppose my rig has a split clean/effected signal, so that'd lower the effects of any tone suck. Not to mention it's not really as much of a issue with bass anyway.

    Could be a lot of reasons but if, for example, the bridge plate is worn and you have keyhole-looking slots, you might need a new bridge plate. Have a look at the video here.

    Thanks a lot! More to come in future. Hopefully.

    Fuel tank jr arrived today. Solved all my hum problems spectacularly, now time to put this board together semi-permanently.

    Timeline is on it's way from QLD today so I may get it tomorrow! Pretty damn excited about this, it's such a sweet pedal with a massive range of stuff it can do. Check out some videos here;

    Ridiculous.

    Paying about $600 all up for it. Considering they're going on eBay for much more, it'll do. Sounds like a lot to shell out for a delay pedal but it's really about 5 delay pedals, a filter and a ring modulator in one.

    Just too many sounds on the TL and I've been looking around for a decent MIDI controller for presets, think I've found one which will be good.

    Store

    Most others are reasonable but this guy is small-beer at this point and a member of TheGearPage so you get direct access to him. Even better, the firmware is open-source and if you can't just reprogram it yourself, he does it to do whatever you want.

    Once I get this, I promise I'll post vids.

    Forgive me for my lack of knowledge, but what exactly is that?

    Picked up a Korg Pitchblack tuner, $90NZ online, near new, total steal. Finished my pedalboard last week too. It's pretty rudimentary, but serving it's purpose well enough. Might post a pic soon.

    It's a MIDI controller, you can do heaps of stuff but what I want to do is hook it up to the Timeline and map 6 different sounds the the buttons. Pretty simple stuff but that's all I'll need for live playing.

    You can reconfigure too, hook it up to an amp switching system and control different combos of pedals/amps with each button. Can configure it to control the loop function of the TL or use a couple of the buttons to cycle through different banks of sounds.
