    I've been helping Syrian refugees in NZ and can confirm that it's the best food in the world

    they have an appreciation for sour and bitter notes that we don't typically get in western cuisine. The stuffed grape leaves are a good example.

    They do coffee right as well.

    I like Shawarma, I don't know If its Labenese or not but its Middle Eastern I guess.

    Especially the grilled chicken with toum, fattoush, kibbeh, and their shawarmas.

    do they use Garlic in their shawarma? I have eaten shawarma in Dubai and Pakistan and they do not use Garlic but I had shawarma yesterday from a Jordanian restaurant and it was bad.

    No, toum i.e garlic, us used as a dip with shawarmas. Its awesome
