Latin people are a cultural grouping rather than an ethnic. They can be very dark or very pale. White is a very broad term that anthropologically includeds a wide range of people.

Most of the Latin group fall under the white category as a subsection. White doesnt just mean blonde, blue eyed Nordic types nor is it just Anglos, which it is often lazily used in place of.
