how do u move up a rank james

By posting more.

When you visit "xx" you move up a rank and then when you reach "xxx" you move up another rank. It's all on your number of posts.

how come some peiple have only posted 32 and are coches

"Coaches" are Moderators (Cricket Web Team Members).

Yep. We're Team Members so we get lots of nice cricket balls. I don't know what to do with them all...
