Agree with the Coco, Byron is an epic place for a night out, and the beaches is beautiful etc etc....mind the straight edge kids though, but perhaps they could have grown out of it by now though since they can enter the pubs legally.

SoC that place looks amazing! I'm sure I've mentioned it already, but Croatia is the one country in Europe that I regret not going to.
DoG - (I only like writing to people with middles of 'of' apparently) I wouldn't spend too long in Brisbane really. It's a great place to live but I don't think there is THAT much to see from a tourist point of view unless there is an event that you want to see. |

I saw 47 people wearing crocs during my 7-day stay in Hawaii.
I am disillusioned. And now I'll leave before I see any posts about the Ashes. Time to spend the next several hours in front of the TV. MySky is a life saver. |

I am going to the Kumbh Mela 11th-13th around! It is the largest gathering of people any where in the world. It is a hindu pilgrim thing which entails taking a dip/bathing in the river. It occurs once every 12 years.
Just by coincidence my friend mentioned it and then I talked to an aunt who said another aunt was intersted in going there. I talked with her and they are going and I am joining them in Delhi from Mirzapur from where we will proceed to Haridwar. I don't like crowds and so wasn't really interested in going when my friend mentioned it but it will be a mighty good experience I am sure. Most of all I am looking at taking nude pics of sadhus who don't wear clothes as a rule as pictured here. Last edited by Pratters; 30-03-2010 at 06:01 AM. |

You've just quoted and agreed with yourself. That's the most bizarre thing I've seen in the last twenty minutes.
