    Saddest song ever written

    What is it?

First thoughts that came to my mind were:
    Johnny Cash - Hurt
Elton John - Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word
    The Smiths - Asleep
    Damien Rice - 9 Crimes
    Coldplay - The Scientist
    John Lennon - Mother
    Stedders' Supported XI
Tamim Iqbal, DA Warner, CA Lynn, *MEK Hussey, Shakib Al Hasan, JP Faulkner, +Mushfiqur Rahim, AC Agar, Mashrafe Mortaza, Taskin Ahmed, JP Behrendorff.

RIP Fardin. RIP Craigos. RIP Prince.

Na. Hate sorting through lyrics. Do your own research ffs.

No Distance Left To Run is probably the saddest Blur song for mine.

problem with belle and sebastian songs are neither sad nor happy, they are alal completely devoid of any real substance, and are thus pap (please see the pap thread for full citation).
