    Boot removal?

If you are place kicking a rugby ball do you take your boot off and kick with a sock?

I cant kick with my shoe on. I kick well without though- straight, high, far.

I can't do it with a shoe. dont know why.

Kicking with boot on is easier i reckon distance travelled is further for me and less painful!

i feel i get more control over grubbers and chip and chases. but kicking with my boot for touch-finders and place kicks is wayy easier.

I find it so Hard to kick without a boot. It gives control and doesn't hurt as much.

It only hurts if you have no sock on.

I can only place kick without a boot on. every kick goes perfectly straight, and high... and far.

with a boot the ball screws and stuff in the air.

I should have kept my mouth shut for the next ball - mind you, it was a length ball - Lara just pulled it over the church beyond the boundary! He is a true legend."
