im playing basketball and soccer as my winter sports
Senior A basketball team !! eventhough i might be short im a good point guard with a real good 3 point percent if u ppl have some bball knowledge
and im playing 2nd Eleven Soccer missed out on 1sts cause i still amnt that good although way better than i was last year , i think i might make 1sts next year with more training

somehow i just squeeze in everything and manage to do it all without much of a trouble really
if i could i would have taken tennis and cricket in summer as tennis gives u good upper body strength and increases fitness a lot aswell
For me it's just cricket all year round with some badminton and squash mixed in. I joined a local gym about 1 1/2 years ago and it's really helped my cricket.
I don't believe that u can really develop you body great for cricket without the gym.(maybe unless you do about 100 push ups and about 400 abs a day). It has certainly helped my cricket anyway

If you work on specific areas then it really helps, I mean doing the rowing machine for 1000 meters has increased my overall strength as well as my upper arm strength which has improved my battingOriginally posted by Tamara
