I'll copy one off Rik to start with:

Sixpence None The Richer: Kiss Me

Always reminds me of Summer 99, which was a great summer.

    Personal favourites:

James: Sometimes, Come Home, Don't Wait That Long, Sit Down, Laid, Getting Away With It, Sound, Top Of The World, I Know What I'm Here For, God Only Knows, What For, She's A Star, Ring The Bells, Destiny Calling, Tomorrow, and probably some more.

Stone Roses: This Is The One, Elephant Stone, I Am The Resurrection, She Bangs The Drums, Waterfall

Manics: Little Baby Nothing, Motorcycle Emptiness, A Design For Life, Motown Junk, La Tristesse Durera, If You Tolerate This, Australia, Everything Must Go, The Masses Against The Classes, You Love Us

    Survivor: Eye Of The Tiger

Queen: Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, more that I can't be bothered to list now.

I'll think of some more later.

Impossible to tell for me but I'll nominate one song, John Mayer's 'No Such Thing' as the greatest pop song for the last ten years, right next to Jamiroquai's 'Virtual Insanity'.

I have a real soft spot for anything done by Earth, Wind and Fire as well as Queen and SatchMo's 'What a Wonderful World'. What a wonderful song.

nd according to triple M (MMM) the most popular rock song of all time (voted) is:

smells like teem spirit - nirvana

It's just a happy song and it allways cheers me up, when I'm down I'll just pick up my guitar and play the intro chords (all I can play) and I'll feel better, it's in all these movies in the happy parts

It's a good song, even if they did nick the intro chords off a George Harrison song (as my sis says but I don't believe her), they do sound similer though

    Eye Of A Tiger - Survivor....pure emotion/motivation. + Rocky films

Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life) - Green Day....not the usual neo-punk stuff but a beautiful acoustic number. Same old reasons of reminding me of summers gone past. Sad that a 17 year old says that isn't it? Feels like I should be collecting my pension.
A True Champion - Bob. Rest in peace. 15/04/06

I should have kept my mouth shut for the next ball - mind you, it was a length ball - Lara just pulled it over the church beyond the boundary! He is a true legend."

I could happily list a few more:

-The March of the Black Queen (Neil, if you like BoRhap you will love this)
-My Fairy King (my favourite Queen song)
-You Take my Breath Away (their best love ballad)
-Mother Love (if you know the circumstances behind this it will sound even better)
    -Killer Queen

Before I bore you guys with more I will stop
