Season 2 was **** because it pushed the absurdity way too far. Black chick preggers? Chris dead? Retard chick halfway around the world? Nah. Keep it simple.
I liked Season 3, it pulled it back a bit. Made it easier to relate to.

I never really liked Cassie all that much, even in series 1 TBH, but it did get a bit ridiculous. Series 2 had the idea of everyone having their own seperate stories that didn't really interconnect like the series 1 did.

Finally finished the last few episodes of Six Feet Under. It's the most powerful drama I've ever seen, mostly because it feels so real and unsanitized. The acting is from another planet as well. You don't realise how good Michael C Hall is untill you watch Dexter. I watched both at the same time and you completley forget about the other role when watching, he's that good.

Just finished watching the first three seasons of 30 Rock, really fun show. The lemon party reference in the second season quite possibly made me laugh more than any other show has.

One of the funniest lines from 30 Rock is when Jack commends Liz on being a good businessman.
Jack: Lemon, I'm impressed. You're beginning to think like a businessman. Liz: A businesswoman. Jack: I don't think that's a word. Baldwin's expression and tone saying it is absolutely hilarious. Love his character so much. |
