New season of Dexter starts today. Hasn't really been a particularly good show for a while now but they're finally taking it in the direction they should have after season four, so I'm interested in how it plays out.

Anyone seen the first ep of Elementary yet? Being trailled v heavily on Sky up here. I'm fascinated to see how it matches up to Sherlock. Plus side is that, if it does get a good run and is decent, US series tend to be much longer than the frustratingly brief British ones.
At least in the clips Sky have showed Jonny Lee Miller is talking in his native English accent. An American Holmes would've been a step too far.

Walt Whitman
So I've finally caught up with Breaking Bad. Hard to believe that anyone is supposed to "support" Walt any more, seems Hank is the new hero of the show. In fact it's hard to think of a more evil TV protagonist at this stage, unless you count the blokes from It's Always Sunny.
Hoping Dexter and Deb bang hard and frequently tbh.

I've enjoyed Dexter a lot more since realising that it takes place in a parallel universe where security cameras don't work.

Banter is a two way street. Deal with it.
Psycho. You could say hello to this bloke and he'd be offended.
Enjoyed the season premiers of both Dexter and Homeland. Both shows require the viewers to suspend some (or greater) level of believability in order to enjoy the plot.
Dexter was in desperate need of a retool. It couldn't have just continued with the same old approach of Dexter eluding the police while doing his thing against this bad guy or that. I think the Debra angle was a much needed plot point and I was very pleased with the premier episode at least.
As for Homeland, it will be interesting to see what Brody's motivations are this season. Does he still believe in the cause or is he going to be forced into taking part in Nazir's plans? I thought the "witness that will only speak to Carrie" angle was a bit weak, but obviously they needed a way to bring her back into the action so I guess it will suffice. Can't wait for Carrie and Brody to meet again, they have such incredible chemistry.

Don't really see what's so unbelievable about an easily offended gangster.
There's easily offended, and there's this guy. No way someone like that would last this long.
