Time for "Dire Licences" to be utilised, because the use of the term has become ridiculously embarrassing. They will be handed out in a similar fashion to how the "pen licence" system operates in primary school. But by goodness, you can lose it again quickly.

May as well carpet ban it. Anyone saying the word 'dire' gets 7 days automatically, no questions asked, no excuses, just straight off. That'd soon stop it being used, then you can move onto other things like tbh, itbt, itstl and so on.
