Time for "Dire Licences" to be utilised, because the use of the term has become ridiculously embarrassing. They will be handed out in a similar fashion to how the "pen licence" system operates in primary school. But by goodness, you can lose it again quickly.
I nominate only Robert Cribb should be allowed one for the moment.
