    Which was better in your opinion, and who was your favourite character.

    Before anyone else says it: yes, this is dire.

    BTW, I played Mortal Kombat more, and my favourite was probably Raiden...

    MK has a better story to it all, and Armageddon was a good game to end it with. SF was pretty boring IMO, and the Canon is pretty bad for it as well. Dan was always my favourite SF character.

    Both series are essentially dead, MK has had rumours from Ed Boon of a new one coming though, I think it's a remake of something though. Not sure on SF, not really big on fighting games these days.

    EDIT: Favourite MK character was Ermac.

    Street Fighter was better when playing on the actual machines, but Mortal Kombat is the better console game
