    Creepy Crawlies

Just had to remove a bloody huge cockroach from my sink.. Nice

I remember living in Australia for a month, I learnt about all kinds of crazy spiders they have over there.. I was expecting to see stuff with two heads wandering around, but never came across anything.. Do they actually go into your homes and stuff these funnel web things?

    Extreme Spiders, you name them...

Kirsten Dunst is in Spiderman 3 and Hingston starts talking about spiders. Obsession going worse than I expected.

    Venom, Black Spiderman, Regular Spiderman.

I'm going to say Venom tbh.

You've clearly never come across a Weta in your sink.

A weta in the shower is an interesting experience.

Put on a T-shirt this afternoon and suddenly found a spider crawling across it. Ah, student life.

Major cockroach issues in Sydney. On the plus side, you don't get many mosquitos here, at least not in the inner city. Somewhere like Newcastle, you get both.

Had to do the same last semester in my dorm. Spent the better part of an hour chasing it around the room with a lighter and something flammable in an aerosol can. Probably one of the stupidest things I've ever done. Burning it didn't kill it though so in the end we got over our creepy crawlies and smashed the bugger with a sandal. Does show how resilient those bastards are though and I certainly believe they'd be able to survive nuclear fallout.

Man you won't find a thing in Canada. Rarely, and I mean rarely (like once every summer) will you ever see a small tiny little spider.

Cold I can handle, spiders, no. Besides, they have hockey. So much better than our lame-ass national sport.
