The Cooking Thread

I'm trying to improve my very limited cooking skills. Does anyone know of any good websites for meal suggestions, etc?

What "easy" meals does everyone like to make? Easy being the very important word

Generally any meal with sausages is pretty easy, whether you try bangers and mash or the whole fry up with egg and chips. Both pretty easy and tasty.

Pasta meals are great yeah, and that's about what my cooking is limited to right now.

James should bring up my old cooking thread that i started up and attach this one along, lots of handy recipes in that.. I consider myself to be a good cook, but very lazy to get past phase 1 which requires either cleaning vegetables, taking things out of the freezer or chopping vegetables etc etc etc.

Just peel some spuds, cut them in half so they are a decent size and boil them up. When they're done, put in some butter and milk and then mash 'em up good. If you want to get really fancy, chuck a few bits of onions in there too

Do you mean cooking in the kitchen or barbecue recipes?

Get a decent Indian recipe book. Curries are so easy to make and are obviously delicious.

The same can be said for fajitas for that matter
