    The Xbox 360 thread

    Does anyone else have one? As the games cost $100+ when brand new I don't have many games, but my favourite so far is Call of Duty.

    most looking forward to Ricky Ponting '07 and Halo 3.

    Spent a load of time playing Call of Duty 2 and 3 on one.

    Prefer Call of Duty 2 but 3 has so many hilarious moments purely because you can use vehicles in multiplayer.

    My brother has one, have only got the 3 games at the moment - PGR 3 is fun - alot more so then 2. Gears of war was pretty good too. DOA3 isn't my type of game though.

    Have one, about to send it off to microsoft, thanks to the dreaded three red lights. Also, if anyone has a 360, and hasn't played Dead Rising, you're missing out.

    I have seen a few 3 red lights problem occur with machines, if only microsoft could solve the repair process which can takes a few weeks. Strange thing is if I sent in a xbox for repair it would go to Aus

    I'm not a hundred percent sure, but from what i've heard, the 3 red lights means there is a hardware problem with the console. Instead of the one green light in the top right corner, you get 3 red lights around the power button. Mainly happens with the First consoles that came out, so if you're going to buy one now, it should be fine. Luckily mine is still under warranty, so i don't have to pay for shipping costs or the repairs. Apart from that, it's worked fine, and was deffinitely worth buying.

    Yea they're known as the lights of death or something. Means you've machine has a terminal hardware failure.

    It was on a modern technology type show here, they were happening a lot to people just after the 1 year warranty - meaning they had to fork out.

    Call of Duty is good.
    Lego Star Wars is sort of fun but gets fairly boring fairly quickly.
