Looking good! The fact that you have lost a lot of fat can be seen on your face.

Virtually a year after the two facial reconstructions nothing much more than a few cosmetic scars and back on the rugby field.

Last weekend in the South East Asia Cup in a wet Vietnam.

A little worse for wear in a club after the game -- new nose and forehead looking almost as good as new.

Kirki and me recently

Me playing to the video games

Tearing it up at The Jade Monkey jamming with the guitarists from the other bands we were playing with that night, absolutely destroying the stage (and all semblance of actual music).

Oh, God, I've become that man, have I? The Thierry Henry of weightloss...

20 kgs is well impressive though. That's like three and half stone in old money. Kudos.

Weight gain as well, although you're obviously polite enough not to mention it in relation to forumers. We can always count on you to make a reference to pies if a cricketer has gained a third of a kilo since the last time you saw him.

Ha, bastards.

Well with the weight gain/loss I'm obviously projecting as a long term yo-yoist, but have a full head of hair and bowl slow-mediums with an action that's beyond reproach, so feck knows where those obsessions come from.
