Meh, the examples I gave are classic and common examples of people breaking laws (or rules) when it suits them. Obviously the chances of being caught and the punishments might be quite insignificant, but it illustrates my main point which is: people who get all high and mighty about the rule of law are hypocrites. Almost everyone thumbs their nose at the law at some point, it's just that an individual's level of bravery determines how willing he/she is to break ever more serious laws.
Umm, I realise this is off topic. I'll shut up now.

Won't stop people posting pics, though, TBH.
The point is that people getting high-and-mighty about over-strict following of the law often do not understand the consequences of failing to do so. I'm not saying I'm following the law "because it's the law", I'm saying I'm following it because to not do so could have very, very... yes... d i r e consequences, and that all those in similar employment to me are very likely doing the same.Meh, the examples I gave are classic and common examples of people breaking laws (or rules) when it suits them. In any case, I think we need worry more aboutthan being off the topic of posting pics.Originally Posted by Forum Rules

Anyone want to join the Society?
Beware the evils of Kit-Kats - they're immoral apparently.
I'm just saying
RIP Craigos. A true CW legend. You will be missed.
Both can potentially be punished, TBH - it's the licensee and DPS' responsibility to demonstrate that they've "shown due diligence" and if they can do that then they'll escape a fine. Whoever made the sale is always in trouble regardless, of course.
'Copperfield,' said Mr. Micawber, 'farewell! Every happiness and prosperity! If, in the progress of revolving years, I could persuade myself that my blighted destiny had been a warning to you, I should feel that I had not occupied another man's place in existence altogether in vain.
