    Haha, the creator's obviously thought out a few options, with suitable "nice try" messages when you attempt them. So far I've ruled out turning off javascript and saving the page locally and editing it with a text editor. The html extension must be a mockup by mod rewrite or similar, it's probably a php page.

    Will come back to this later...

    When you get the hidden message, please don't post it for awhile so that others can play with the puzzle a little longer.

    Eventually we can each explain the methodology and rationale we used to solve the puzzle and how long it took to solve it.
