Proper diet, in my book, is where meat/meat products are 30% or less of your entire diet.
For a while i was big into popping various pills and watching my diet but then i found i could do it far far easier and better by simply going to the nearest Indian grocery store and buying some Dabur Chawanprash. Just read up on whats inside it and what its health benifits are and you'll see why essentially it is good enough to keep you really healthy provided your diet isnt terrible.
Have been using it more or less regularly for over a year and i am so much fitter physically.
