Icon14 fish oil (omega 3) tablets

i recently started taking these at the advice of a dear friend. they set me back only $10 at the albany village pharmacy. i'm just wondering whether to stick with the recommendations of 2 tablets threes time daily with meals or whether i should just take one each day in the morning with my breakfast. tbh, i'm feeling pretty good taking one per day so i might stick with that regime. some of the benefits i've noticed are

    - a maintaining of my healthy cholesterol levels
    - reduced inflamation and joint swelling.
    - a healthier cardiovascularr system

Why not just simply eat fish ???
    Better idea than popping pills.

Well fish oil is known for being a good health tonic . fish oil supplements containing EPA and DHA have been shown to reduce LDL ("bad") cholesterol and triglycerides.
But if taken in excess then Increased bleeding can occur (normally over 3 grams per day)
The possibility of hemorrhagic stroke .
And not only fish but also eggs produced by chickens fed a diet of greens and insects produce higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids than chickens fed corn or soybeans !!!
So control usage is needed and a proffessional help is necessary prior to taking any medication !!!

IMO people should start looking far more at veggies than meat/animal product in the first place.
Proper diet, in my book, is where meat/meat products are 30% or less of your entire diet.

For a while i was big into popping various pills and watching my diet but then i found i could do it far far easier and better by simply going to the nearest Indian grocery store and buying some Dabur Chawanprash. Just read up on whats inside it and what its health benifits are and you'll see why essentially it is good enough to keep you really healthy provided your diet isnt terrible.
Have been using it more or less regularly for over a year and i am so much fitter physically.

Meat should always be consumed along with green stuff . Cuz meat has zero fiber . Plus there should be a necessary balance in the diet . For me all is well if it is cooked well and I think the Chinese soups are one of the best blend of veggies + meat + fiber .

Yes. What i mean is, people should realize that meat/meat products are non-essential to your diet and even if eaten, should be eaten in moderation.
It is a proven fact that a balanced lacto-vegitarian diet is the best diet for long term health and fitness that is far more important and vital than being simply more muscular.

There should be moderation . Even eating the vegetables in excess might give health shocks ! Eating Lacto veg is good but to add up meat in it is also important but again moderation in the diet is the key !!!

I don't eat fish. Can't stand it tbh. Has something to do when I was little, my mother used to feed me fish non stop, three times a day. Now when I see it and smell it, I feel sick. The only exception is sushi and even that, I rather vegetarian rolls most of the time.
