i recently started taking these at the advice of a dear friend. they set me back only $10 at the albany village pharmacy. i'm just wondering whether to stick with the recommendations of 2 tablets threes time daily with meals or whether i should just take one each day in the morning with my breakfast. tbh, i'm feeling pretty good taking one per day so i might stick with that regime. some of the benefits i've noticed are
