It's the One Night Stand tomorrow night in some town. Should be awesome with Silverchair being there and lots of others.

Parallel Universe
This Velvet Glove
Songbird (John solo)
Snow (Hey Oh)
Get On Top
C'mon Girl

Substandard for mine. Still enjoyable. I need to wear platform shoes or something lol
Just got back from them here. I'm not sure on the set list as I didn't know many of their older songs, but I was very disappointed in that they didn't play Californication, Give it Away or Parallel Universe from that list, while I was hoping they might Suck My Kiss in as well. They did play Higher Ground though, as well as Soul to Squeeze, which was pretty good. Also heard a bit of London Calling before Get on Top (IIRC), which I enjoyed. Was a pretty good concert though, just a bit underwhelmed with their newer stuff.

Thats one thing i'm not looking forward to with the chili's in the summer, too much new stuff, which i'm not that big a fan of. Given its at a festival, they might just pack in the classics, doubt it though.

Still reckon seeing them a few years back (with james brown as support) was possibly the best gig i've been to

I've seen the setlist it was pretty good from tonight. The show on the 17th seemed to be the best, though; packed full of oldies, including Blood Sugar Sex Magik, If You Have to Ask, and one of John Frusciante's solo tunes; Your Pussy's Glued to a Building On Fire

That would have been INSANE!!

Yeh the new stuff is a bit wanky, I'm more of a fan of the funk era. Beggers can't be choosers, though.

Dunno. She's actually fairly small from what I've heard, so I think you'll need a fairly decent aim myself.

(throwing heavy objects at pop stars is wrong. Unless they're Robbie Williams, obv.)
