Got tickets for Cradle of Filth on April 20th as the missus' birthday present. Not my favourite band, but I've seen them before, and they put a good gig on.

Two concerts on the schedule:

Due to see Tom McRae (with some bloke called Steve Reynolds warming up) on May 5. Also, there's the Norwegian Wood festival: I'll go to see Tori Amos on June 14 (Wolfmother's on the same day, not sure I'll bother about that tho...) and then there's Travis on June 17. Not as good as previous years, considering they've hosted a failed Tori gig before (the speakers couldn't handle her voice) and Travis are some years past it.

Any Aussies know anything about a band from Melbourne called The Drones? They're playing here in June, might go.

The Drones are one of those bands whom I always think I should bother trying to find some stuff by them, because mates whom have similar taste seem to like them, but I never bother.

Considering there's four months till they come still, I don't want pleasure overload this early.

The Love show at the Mirage in Las Vegas was nothing short of spectacular and probably the best thing I've seen.

Simply amazing and a must for any Beatles fan who is anywhere near North America.
