Shattered that Sydney got the world first live play of Farewell to Arms. Best song. They also don't play all that long. AE got 45 min, Trivium and MH got about 70 each. Seeing as yours is the Black Tyranny tour, i'd assume AE will co-headline instead.
Is the Black Tyranny the same as The Black Crusade?
Either way it's just the warm up, so it's Machine Head with Evile and some other unknown band. Hopefully MH will get around at least 80mins.
Thats some ****ing set either way, only song i'd **** out is Take My Scars. Dire song.

A benefit concert in aid of the North Melbournes Kangaroos fight to stay in Melbourne and not relocate to the Gold Coast. This was on another forum where Tim (a massive kangaroo supporter) signed up and posted he would organised a concert.

It will be held at the Prince of Wales in St Kilda and date will be finalised shortly.

The only difference is the headliners i think. Trivium co headlined hence the tour name (The Blackening + The Crusade = Black Crusade). So i would assume Arch Enemy would be co-headlining the Black Tyranny tour. If your just going to the warm up show, i would assume Machine Head will pull out a full set.

Oh yeah never noticed that, nice one, Rise of The Tyrant and such.
I think Lamb of God were on the Black Tyranny tour.

Not sure which I prefer, having Machine head play so long or having Arch Enemy play.
Would have been mad to see Herman Li live though.

Have recently gone to the Pluto/Supergroove/Crowded House gig, as well as The Veils. I hear Architecture In Helsinki is coming to Wellington soon, so I figure I'll check them out even though I still think that's one fo the dumbest band names ever

A kiwi music festival has also been announced to take the place of X-Air in Wellington in April, so I'm really looking forward to going to that and checking out The Phoenix Foundation in particular, but also Pluto, Concord Dawn, The Checks, The Mint Chicks, Shihad and a myriad others. I also hope So So Modern play.
