I've purchased my tickets for the Supergroove gig at Wellington (support from Crowded House and Pluto). Should be good.

30+ songs at a gig is fair game for your buck imo.

Saw Kaiser Chiefs this time last week and Arctic Monkeys Saturday just gone, two of the best gigs of my life.

Coming up:

Across the Great Divide - August 31 - BEC
The Police - January 22 - Suncorp Stadium

Hmm...if that's an 18+ gig it's almost worth going for the simple fact that it's my 18th b'day.
Na. There's better things I could be doing.

I went to a 18+ gig on my 18th. It happened to be Rilo Kiley though, so i had the pleasure of Jenny Lewis close up.

I saw The Doors, or more correctly The Doors of the 21st Century (sounds like something from a Daffy Duck cartoon...but anyway) at the Convention Centre, and it was almost like they didn't want to leave. They actually turned the house lights on them, to get them off the stage. Must have been a similar experience.

Na I'm pretty sure they were always going to do three encores. I certainly didn't want it to end though. They could have played for another three hours and I would have loved every minute of it.

My life will be one step closer to being complete, I get to see Trent Reznor...

Must start packing the beer for the gig now.
Need as much as possible for the bus.
Two of the most annoying ****s ever are going.
