Waste of money IMO.

I've seen Grinspoon and am going to see Kaiser Chiefs, Arctic Monkeys and Powderfinger (with Silverchair) all for less than what it would cost to go to Splendour. It's a rip off these days.

185 smackers is steep, but i never been to it before, and i live in lismore so travel and accomodation aint a problem. plus im going with the missus and my 3 best mates who i dont see that often these days cuz of uni and work etc.

Wouldn't fork out too much money for it.
A couple years ago I would have, more into indie back then.
But make sure if you go to see Bloc Party.

Nah aint going, it's a rip off. I saw Block Party last time I went to Splendour - wasn't that impressed, but I was well and truely wasted by the time they came on, so that could have something to do with it.
