Dont you hate it when....

You plan a decent night out, but it becomes really broing. Nothing bad happens (I was actually asking for something bad to happen. at least its something) but its soo boring you want to burn yourself.

any other scenarios which fit into thsi thread?

Dont you hate it when someone tries to be really smart and clever for a laugh by posting in a sarcastic manner, but ends up looking stupider than me? That really grinds my gears.
