Did some research and this is what I got...

Goku
Race:Saiyan
Sex:Male

Deployed on a routine military operation the Saiyan baby Kakarott flew towards earth. Missing the surprise attack on his home planet bye a heartless titan named Frieza. Goku landed on Earth and was found by a Marshall Arts master named Gohan. Soon Gohan dies and Goku goes off on a adventure with his new friend named Bulma. Bulma and Goku become life long friends. Each time Goku fights his rivals his strength grows. Goku's power rises to incredible levels, he goes through tremendous challenges like killing Frieza to avenge his race. He killed THE legendary Super Saiyan Brolly bye becoming a Super Saiyan himself, he has also fought the awesome cell and Saved the earth from the galaxy destroying Majin Buu. Goku soon reaches the end of his journey in Dragon ball Z and comes out as the stronges fighter in the universe!

Gohan
Race:Saiyan/Human(Hybrid)
Sex:Male

Gohan was named after Goku's step dad Gohan. Gohan is the son of Goku and as a little boy Gohan Wore the four star Dragonball on top of his hat. Gohan was captured bye Goku's brother Raditz and showed his hidden power for the first time by braking out of the space pod he was locked up in. Gohan soon goes with Piccolo out into the wilderness to train and become stronger. Gohan goes through many changes while out training like he builds more courage and becomes a lot stronger. Gohan's power increases with every fight just like his father Goku and the rest of the Saiyans. Gohan fights many strong opponents like Vegeta and Frieza. Gohan soon matures into a teen, and his power is unimaginable but a new foe comes along named cell. Gohan goes to train with his father in the Hyperbolic time chamber and Learns to become a Super Saiyan. While fighting Cell Gohan goes through a dramatic change and Becomes a Super Saiyan 2 (a ascended Saiyan). It is this new power that allows Gohan to kill cell. (Click here to see Gohan Defeat Cell the link is the 3rd one down on the list) After killing cell Gohan starts to become soft and starts to loose some of his strength so when Majin buu comes around Gohan is a lot weaker then he was after killing cell. So Gohan goes off to the Supreme Kadi's planet to unlock his powers and defeat buu. Unfortunately Buu absorbs Gohan and it is up to Goku and Vegtea to kill Buu!
Vegeta
Race:Saiyan
Sex:Male

Vegeta was named after the Saiyan Home planet named Vegeta. Vegeta's father is the king of all Saiyans so that makes Vegeta the Prince. Vegeta escaped the death of his planet because he was impatient and wanted a real assignment from Frieza and no more combat drills. (click to see video) Vegeta lands on Earth to kill Goku and gather the dragon balls to wish for imotality. But Vegeta's plans go bad when he finds out the hard way, that Goku is stronger than him. Vegeta is almost killed by Goku's best friend "Krillin" [?] but Goku decided to spare his life so that someday they can fight again. Vegeta goes off to recovery and gets healed and travels to the planet Namic in search of the second set of Dragonballs. He runs into trouble when he finds out that Frieza is also on the planet. But lucky for him Goku and his friends also are on namic, so Vegeta decides to team up with them to kill Frieza and make his wish. But instead Vegeta gets killed and is wished back with the dragonballs. Goku kills Frieza which infuriates Vegeta. Vegeta spends the next couple of years training to become stronger than Goku but once again during the cell games Goku proves that he is better than Vegeta. When a wizard Babidi comes to earth to resurrect a horrible monster named Majin Buu, Vegeta makes a deal with Babidi to unleash the evil that once was in his heart so that he could get a unimaginable amount of power. Vegeta uses this power to finally beat Goku in a fight.... But when Vegeta kills himself (while fighting Majin Buu) and go's to other world he finds out that Goku hid his true power from Vegeta and that Goku is a Super Saiyan 3. Furious that Goku is still stronger than him Vegeta refuses to help kill Majin buu. But Vegeta finally sets his Saiyan Pride aside and decides to team up with Goku to kill Buu. While Vegeta is watching Goku fight Kid Buu Vegeta Excepts that Goku is always going to be stronger than him nomatter what he dose.

Piccolo
Race:Namic
Sex:? (Piccolo is not a guy or a girl, he dose not know his own sex lol.)

In Dragonball Piccolo was Goku's greatest enemy. Piccolo is was the second strongest being on the Earth,(until Gohan and the other Saiyans' came around) Piccolo was born because Kami (Piccolo's kind half) got rid of all the evil in his body. He has powerful Ki blasts, he can split himself into multiple Piccalo's , and he also has the ability to regenerate his body (aslong as his head is not damedged). Piccolo was born on the planet Namic Piccolo starts off fighting Goku to rule the world. When the Raditz[?] arrives Piccolo joins forces with Goku. At first they dont get along to well, but as the story of Dragonball Z unfolds, their bond becomes stronger. While training Goku's son, Gohan, for the upcoming battle against the Vegeta and Napa, Piccolo develops a special bond with Gohan. Through Gohan, the only person who has ever been a friend to him, Piccolo starts changing and becomes a better and kinder person. He ends up sacrificing his own life to save Gohan's when Napa shots a Ki blast to kill Gohan. While battling with Frieza on Namic, Piccolo fuzes with another Namic named Nail, the last of the Namekain warriors and former guardian of Guru. From this merging, Piccolo gains Nail's ancient Namik fighting style, greatly enhancing Piccolo's powers and abilities. But Piccalo is still not strong enough to beat Frieza. Piccolo keeps training untill the Andriods come and Piccolo fuzes again but this time he fuzes with his other half, Kami. Piccolo helps to defeat the Androids and Cell. Piccolo takes it easy for awhile untill Majin Buu comes around. Piccolo's efforts are stoped short when he is first turned to stone bye the Demond King Deborah and was soon abosorbed bye Majin buu. Piccolo was a great fighter and a noble friend.

Trunks
Race:Saiyan/Human(Hybrid)
Sex:Male

Fucher Trunks is the only surviving warrior of his time line. In his time line, Goku died from a deadly virus and the two evil androids named 17 & 18, destroyed Krillen ,Piccolo,Tien ,Yamcha ,Chaoutzu..and his Father Vegeta. Only Trunks and Gohan were left. As Trunks grew older he became more angered of the death of his father and how he was powerless to save the people of the world from the Androids. One day Gohan and Trunks came home viewing an attack on a city by the Androids. Trunks pleaded with Gohan to train him so he could do something about the pain and suffering in the world. Gohan agreed and he kept it a sercret from Bulma. As the training insued Gohan became more and more amazed at how far Trunks had grown in his training..and his strong desire to become a Super Saiyan. Days later after Trunks and Gohan had their butts kicked by the two wind up toys, Trunks started talking to Gohan on how would he be able to become a Super Saiyan. The answer Gohan gave was "Great Motivation". Suddenly the Androids went on another killing spree. Furious Gohan went SS and knocked Trunks unconcious so he wouldn't get hurt in the battle ..or prehaps lose his life. Gohan fought hard but was killed in battle. Trunks heard the loud cries of pain and awoke. Trunks finds Gohan in the rain...lying face down in a puddle of water..dead. Enraged the young hero turned SS! Three years later Bulma built a time machine that would hopefully restore peace to the era they lived in. Trunks now 17, constantly argued with his mother that it wasn't nessecsary for the use of time travel to help restore order in the future. To prove that he was right Trunks set out to Pepper city..(the most recent attack site of the Androids) Trunks was far too weak and he got his butt was kicked..severely. Bulma found him and placed him in the hospital. When Trunks awoke he agreed to use the time machiine and warn Goku and the rest of the group of the horrors yet to come. In the Past Trunks single handedly destroyed Frieza and King Cold. Trunks waited with the Z-warriors until Goku arrived from Space. Once he Spoke with Goku Trunks returned to the Future..hoping that Goku could make a difference. Once Trunks had returned to the Past to see if Goku had saved the world..all Trunks saw was destruction. He finally caught up with the Z-fighters and saw that the Androids they wer fighting weren't the Androids in his time. Infact it was Dr.Gero and some dorky looking Android. Dr.Gero fled and Trunks,Krillen,Yamcha,Tien,Vegeta and Piccolo began to search for him and his secret lab where the real Androids were. Vegeta and Trunks did not get along well at all..Vegeta always yelled at Trunks and punched him so he wouldn't interfeer with his training (nice guy huh?) Even though Vegeta was a jerk to his son,Trunks still loved him and sacraficed a lot for him in order to please his father. When Trunks and Vegeta trained in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber they slowy began to understand eachother better. Trunks had advanced to SSJ Ultra while training but did not let his father know since he did not want to hurt his pride.As Trunks and Vegeta emerged..everyone was shocked at how different Trunks looked. His hair was long and he was much taller than before. Vegeta and Trunks had encountered Cell in his third form. Trunks saw that Vegeta was going to let Cell absorb Androoid 18 and he tried to prevent his Father from doing so. Trunks was unsuccesful and Cell had then and there become complete. Cell was amazingly strong and he easily defeated Vegeta..seeing his Father down and out brought Trunks to his Ultra Form. But even he wasn't strong enough for Cell.Cell spared Trunks so he could warn his friends about the Tournament he was going to hold in 10 days. When the contest finally started..it turned out to be a disaster. Goku had died,Gohan was fighting and his father wouldn't stop telling him to shut-up.And as if things couldn't get any worse Cell came back and Killed Trunks with a Ki blast!(poor Trunks..sniff) But he was revived later with the DragonBalls (YAY!!) As Trunks and Yamcha were heading out,Yamcha told him that when Trunks died,Vegeta went mad and defended his son. Trunks couldn't beleve what he had just heard. The next day Trunks left home for the Future (sniff..sniff) so he could finally take back what was left of his. At home Trunks defeated the Androids with ease since he was so strong and even Cell didn't stand a chance. Once Trunks defeated the monsters of his world he looked up to the sky and thanked Vegeta,Gohan and Goku. This is the last time Future Trunks would ever be seen in Dragonball Z.

For the attacks...

Goku

Attacks:
Spirit Bomb This is an extremely powerful attack used by non other than Goku. He holds both hands up in the air and gathers energy from everywhere. The spirit Bomb is able to get an entire planets energy. The down side to this attack is it can take to long to charge up and can sometimes take so much energy from something that it can shorten there life and kill them. The spirit Bomb has been used many times, like when it was used against Frieza and in the movie "The World's Strongest". The Spirit Bomb was the attack against Kid Buu in the final episodes proving that it is the ultimate attack.

Kamehameha:This is a really cool attack. It is used by many of the Z fighters except Vegeta and Trunks. It is a powerful attack and is Goku's trade mark move. It is a concentrated energy beam that is so dense it was the only thing that could destroy Cell. The Kamehameha has many different forms and can become more powerful than anything else. It's strongest form it the Kamehameha x10.

Solar Flare:This is a very strong attack it was only used once by Goku and was originally used by Tien. Goku used it in the World Martial Arts Tournament in Other World. This attack is a strong flash of light that blinds people for a short period of time. It is very useful to give a surprise attack or a distraction.

Kaioken:This is the level below Super Saiyan. Goku often uses this attack, it is pretty powerful but it is nothing compared to Super Saiyan or any of the other levels. When you use this attack you glow read and your power and speed greatly increase. This attack helped goku hurt Vegeta when Vegeta first came to Earth.

Super Saiyan:This attack is the first transformation of the Saiyan's. It's not really an attack but it helps our characters win battles so I put it in, along with the other levels. Super Saiyan will greatly increase the person's strength and speed. Their hair turns gold and there eyes go a hazel color and the have a yellow glow surrounds their body.

Super Saiyan 2:This attack has it's ups and downs. It can be good but it can be bad at the same time. Their hair stays the same as Super Saiyan but their muscles get huge and really buff. There strength dramatically increases but there speed plummets and the become really slow.

Super Saiyan 3:This is my favorite transformation. The person's muscles become stronger and tougher. Their hair grows down to their calfs and there eyes go hazel, but the creepiest thing is that they lose their eyebrows. But there power, strength and speed increase far beyond any of the other levels.

Krillen

Attacks:
Destructo Disk This is my favorite attack by Krillen. It is a flat disk of energy and can cut through anything no matter how strong it is. This attack has been known to cut through an entire mountain and it was used to cut Frieza into two pieces. Also it is one of the few attacks that you can actually control and direct where it goes. So this attack is one of the best in the series.

Kamehameha:This is a really cool attack. It is used by many of the Z fighters except Vegeta and Trunks. It is a powerful attack and is Goku's trade mark move. It is a concentrated energy beam that is so dense it was the only thing that could destroy Cell. The Kamehameha has many different forms and can become more powerful than anything else. It's strongest form it the Kamehameha x10.

Kakusandan:Krillen used This technique during the fight with the Saibamen. He shoots a blast from each hand, controlling the blasts so that they merge and then directs it above the heads of his enemies. Then he splits the blast again into many smaller energy bolts that rain down upon his enemies. A very effective technique which wiped out virtually all of the Saibaimen and kill his enemies extremely fast.

Trunks

Attacks:
Burning Attack This is one of my favorite attacks in Dragonball Z. Trunks crosses his arms many times then he throws out his arms forward and his index fingers and thumbs together so that they form shape like a spade. Then he fires a huge ball of energy that has great power. This attack is what finished off Frieza for good.
