I hope they get ratcheted.

The "prank calling" of random people is always uncomfortable listening to me, usually change the station wherever I hear it. To do it regarding someone's medical condition sits very badly with me, hope they get ratcheted.

I don't think people should jump to immediate conclusions because, according to 'experts' one incident is highly unlikely to make one take their own life. Nonetheless, total dog act.
