Based on words of blokes in the field who I work with, many who are opposed to the CT come up with their own version of what we should be doing that are more akin to the Greens policies.

e.g. 'my power bills are skyrocketing due to the tax and I think the government needs to just start investing in solar...'

Economics surely has to become a compulsory subject at high school
