The Libs are gonna taste this Ashby stuff. Julie Bishop, Brough, Pyne all in it up to their eye balls.
Now Barnaby questioning the complainant. You wouldn't trust that lot with a jam jar full of five cent bits.

Seriously mate, the problem for Australia is that there is no alternative to the disgrace that is the Australian Government - it's that there is nobody that deserves to govern! |

Seriously, the best thing about Australia is the number of whinging expats who have pissed off to be ruled over by a bloody Sheikh. Fancy someone suckling at the teat of the wonderful democracy of the UAE bagging Australia for a want of alternative governments.
First rule in politics. If you want to throw ****, make sure your own shirt is either clean, or at least isn't white. Blow back's a bitch. |

THE way Tony Windsor recalls it, Tony Abbott begged crossbench MPs to make him prime minister, joking ''the only thing I wouldn't do is sell my arse - but I'd have to give serious thought to it''.

This week’s Essential Research poll gives Labor its worst result since the company opened for business in 2008: a primary vote of 29%, down two points on last week, and a two-party preferred deficit of 58-42. The former is particularly alarming for Labor, as Essential typically has Labor’s primary vote a few points higher than the phone pollsters.
Next stop: - a primary vote with a 1 in front of it |

If you knew anything about the UAE (and you obviously know sweet **** all), you'd realise that there is no alternative because the people dont want one Citizens of the UAE pay zero tax, receive free housing (not some ****ty council flat but 5-7 bedroom houses), free health-care, free schooling, jobs for life and pay no rates Expats like me pay zero tax Everybody gets the benefit of susidised food and petrol prices, and ridiculously cheap goods and services (I can buy Australian-made products such as a Commodore for half the price) But hey, at least you have an alternative ![]() As for Australia, first rule of taxation law is that income generated in that country is subject to local tax so guess what, I still pay tax because I own a business there That, my friend, gives me the right to get pissed off when a morally-bankrupt government does virtually anything to stay in power |

did she? The NBN was already policy. The 6 billion budget hole or whatever was of course nothing to do with her. Those two were fairly important factors in the independents signing up with labor ("You do it once, you do it right and you do it with fibre" + Treasury finds 'black hole' in Coalition costings - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)). Of all the things to criticise this labor government about....

yeah um whenever you find that everything is dirt cheap the #1 reason they're dirt cheap is that the locals don't have any money.
The UAE is chock-full of corruption and staggering inequality. But it's all brushed under the covers for the tourists.

I personally was stunned Windsor backed Labor, what after saying on Election night that leaving the Nats tent was like having a cancer removed. He could have gone either way but, on the merits, opted for Labor.
/sacarsm Can't wait until Deputy PM Barnaby rubs his nose in it next year |
